Help Desk Engineer Intern - (Full-Time)

I was part of a team responsible for setting up workspaces for new offices, including putting together docking stations and monitors. I also helped out with troubleshooting problems that were submitted through our ticket management system. Another aspect of my role was deploying devices to both new and current employees, making sure everyone had what they needed to get their work done.

IT Tech Assistant - (Student Worker)

I work at a help desk providing technical support to students, staff, and faculty. My main responsibility was to assist users with tech-related issues via phone and walk-in inquiries. I also helped with computer hardware repairs and managed tickets to ensure prompt issue resolution. In addition, I utilized SCCM and Jamf for endpoint deployment, configuring Windows and Apple devices to meet the needs of our users.

Sales Clerk - (Part-Time)

I helped customers find what they were looking for and rang up their purchases at the checkout. I also handled cash and made sure all transactions were recorded accurately. Along with that, I helped keep the store looking good by stocking items on the shelves. My time there helped me develop good communication skills and taught me how to handle different situations with customers.
